you should refrigerate it until serve, it can be kept in the room temperature for up to 4 hours, should not be using candles or anything flammable next to it to prevent from melting.
you will always receive your cake freshly made on the same day, and can keep it for up to 4 days.
Yes we deliver in Auckland area (to find if your place in our delivery zone please refer to this map), Delivery flat fee of $15.00 does not apply for any orders above $99.00
If you are not home when the order is delivered, our courier will do their best to leave the package in a safe place. We don't accept any liability for the treatment or handling of your order once we've left it at the delivery location. generally our delivery times are - 3:00pm to 6:00pm
You'll have to contact us via email and describe your design, unfortunately we do not make any miniature figures or custom made decorations, so you can only change the color pattern, additional charge will be applied.
usually we do have some backup cakes that can be assembled for next day, however the list is limited and include an extra cost. please refer here to find more.
Each order is processed using Paypal or eWAY payment providers.
The personal information we collect at the time of the order (such as customer name, delivery address and email address) will not be disclosed to anyone else. This information will be used internally, or on the occasion that we may email you with special promotions – unless you ask us not to.
you can change or cancel your order if it has not been processed yet (3 days prior to delivery/pickup) with full refund where applicable.
